Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Srisha AI OS, including the website, dashboard, AI Employees, CRM, and Website Factory features (together, the “Service”), operated by Srisha AI OS (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@groupsrisha.in if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. The Service

Srisha AI OS provides configurable AI Employees, a CRM, and a Website Factory tool that generates and deploys business websites using AI-generated copy and a curated template. Features, limits, and availability may change as the Service evolves.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described at checkout or on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. AI-generated content

Website Factory and AI Employees use third-party AI models (currently Anthropic’s Claude) to generate copy, SEO metadata, and other content based on the information you provide. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or relying on it — including for factual accuracy, trademark clearance, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

As between you and us, you own the content you input and the AI-generated output produced for your projects, subject to the underlying rights of any third-party AI provider and to your compliance with these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes a third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Use the Service to build a competing product by way of scraping or reverse engineering.

6. Deployed websites

Websites generated through Website Factory are published to a subdomain of sites.groupsrisha.in (or a custom domain you connect, where supported). You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content published to any site deployed through the Service, including compliance with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data protection laws for your own business.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (authentication and data storage), Anthropic (AI generation), Google (optional sign-in), and Hostinger (hosting). Your use of features backed by these providers is also subject to their respective terms.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and templates, excluding content you provide or generate for your own projects. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service’s underlying software or templates outside of your permitted use.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including for abusive use, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srisha AI OS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
