Privacy Policy

Srisha AI OS (“Srisha”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI workforce platform — AI Employees, a CRM, and a Website Factory — to small and medium businesses (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through groupsrisha.in and our related subdomains, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

This policy is a general-purpose template describing our actual data practices. It is not a substitute for legal advice; if you need this reviewed for a specific regulatory regime, consult qualified counsel.

1. Information we collect

Account & organization information. Full name, email address, password (hashed by our authentication provider), business/organization name, industry, and billing contact details you provide when you sign up or configure your organization.

Content you provide. Business details, branding, CRM records, customer data, and other content you enter to configure AI Employees, the CRM, or generate a website through Website Factory.

AI-generated content. When you use Website Factory or an AI Employee, the inputs you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate copy, SEO metadata, or responses, which we store against your project.

Usage & device data. Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) collected automatically when you use the Service, for security and reliability purposes.

Sign-in via Google. If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and authenticate your account. We do not receive your Google password.

2. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and organization.
• To provide the features you use — AI Employees, CRM, Website Factory generation and deployment.
• To send you service-related emails (e.g. magic links, billing notices, security alerts).
• To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including debugging and abuse prevention.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party service providers

We share data with the following processors, solely to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and session storage.
• Anthropic — AI text generation for Website Factory and AI Employees. Business details and prompts you submit are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate content.
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in.
• Hostinger — application hosting and, for deployed websites, static file hosting under sites.groupsrisha.in.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service to you.

4. Data retention

We retain account and organization data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (e.g. Google sign-in).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the Service from abuse. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (TLS), access-controlled databases with row-level security, and scoped credentials — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place with each processor.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (e.g. by email).
